朱旻，1990年11月出生于江苏省淮安市，中共党员。博士阶段师从浙江大学龚晓南院士，主要研究方向为盾构隧道病害机理及治理对策。2022年6月至今在深圳大学土木工程学院工作，职称为副研究员，主要研究方向为盾构隧道结构性能评估和加固技术。目前以第一/通讯作者身份发表SCI论文8篇，EI论文6篇，核心期刊论文4篇。
