二、应聘条件
1)一般年龄在 35 周岁以下、获得博士学位不超过 3 年的人员。
2)具有较强的科研创新能力和团队协作精神。
3)具有良好的学术道德和严谨科学态度、身体健康、能胜任岗位的工作要求。
4)目前已取得显著科研成果的申请者将予以优先考虑。
5)申请人不能申请其博士毕业单位同一个一级学科的流动站从事博士后研究工作。
6)博士期间发表高水平SCI论文或国内高水平期刊论文1篇以上。
三、聘期待遇
深圳大学(普通)博士后综合年薪33万元左右。入选“荔新奖励计划”者,每月额外发放4000元奖励性薪资。
1、深圳市待遇
1)市政府对在站期间完成开题考核和中期考核合格的博士后研究人员发放每人每年18万元的生活补助,一般每季度发放一次,总额不超过36万元。
2)市政府对博士后出站选择留(来)深圳从事科研工作,且与本市企事业单位签订3年以上劳动(聘用)合同的出站博士后人员,给予30万元资助,用于出站博士后科研投入或创新创业前期费用。
3)符合深圳市高层次人才条件者可以额外申请深圳市政府160万–300万的奖励性补贴。
4)若深圳市博士后人才资助政策有所调整,以最新的文件规定为准。
2、深圳大学待遇
1)深圳大学提供约15万的综合年薪(理工科),同时给予优秀的博士后额外的奖励。
2)入选“荔新奖励计划”者,每月额外发放4000元奖励性薪资。申请条件如下:博士毕业不超过三年或年龄不超过33周岁且以下二项符合其中一项。一、博士毕业高校为泰晤士高等教育世界大学前150名高校(包括国内)或原“985工程”建设高校或所在学科在教育部最新一轮学科评估中被评为“A-”以上等次或排名前10%;二、自然科学类博士在近五年以第一作者发表中科院大类二区以上学术论文2篇(至少1篇为一区),或中科院大类二区学术论文3篇。
3)科研奖励:在权威期刊发表学术论文或者获得国家级科研项目的博士后,深圳大学按规定给予科研奖励或配套资助。
4)符合学校政策要求的优秀博士后可申请教师岗位。
3、其他待遇
1)博士后在站期间可以负责人身份申请各级科研课题资助。
2)博士后人员进站,可自愿选择落户深圳市。选择落户深圳市的,其配偶及未成年子女可办理随迁入户。博士后子女入托、入学等按深圳市相关条例执行。
3)2017年12月5日,广东省委组织部、省人力资源社会保障厅等 13个部门联合出台了《关于加快新时代博士和博士后人才创新发展的若干意见》。《意见》从拓宽培养途径、加大引进力度、推进顺畅流动、搭建发展平台、加强服务保障等五个方面提出一系列创新举措,博士后待遇应该会得到进一步提升。
4)对于科研业绩突出的博士后,课题组将给予额外奖励。
四、岗位职责
1、完成合作导师布置的科研任务,独立或合作进行相关课题的科学研究,协助合作导师指导研究生学习和科研。
2、申请中国博士后科学基金、国家自然科学基金或其他科研项目。
3、完成流动站规定的考核指标。
考核要求及具体管理要求,参照《深圳市博士后管理工作规定》和《深圳大学博士后管理工作》等有关规定。

Post Doctorate Position Available
1. 2 full time Post doctorate positions for 2-3 years in Shenzhen University.
Description:
1. To be with research background including but not limited to: multiple hazards and extreme loading (blast, impact); Technology for Life Cycle Management (LCM) of Infrastructures; Durability of concrete structures; FRP strengthened reinforced concrete structures; Engineered cementitious composites (ECC). Interdisciplinary backgrounds are particularly encouraged;
2. Cooperation Supervisor: Prof. Xiangsheng Chen (Academician of the Chinese Engineering Academy); Dr. Debo Zhao (Assistant Professor, Associate Research Fellow);
3. To participate in the research of the group and complete the assigned research tasks independently;
4. To participate in the daily management of the research group and supervise post graduate students;
5. To write and publish high-quality research papers;
5. To develop new research projects in accordance to the group’s interest.
Conditions:
1. Preferably under the age of 35, with PhD degree earning in 3 years;
2. Have good English reading and writing abilities for drafting English SCI journal papers independently;
3. Be able to work as a team with good communication, coordination, organization skills;
4. Solid professional knowledge and independent research capability;
5. Published at least 1 SCI journal papers in top SCI journals.
Salaries and other welfares:
1. A combined annual salary of not less than ¥330,000 RMB (gross income); The applicant who meets requirements of the "Li New Incentive Program" will receive an additional ¥4000 RMB per month as incentive salary.
2. The requirements of "Li New Incentive Program" are as follows:
1) Under the age of 33, with PhD degree earning in 3 years;
2) The applicant should meet any one of requirements:
(i) The university the applicant earning Ph.D degree is among the top 150 universities in the world of Times Higher Education, or the university is in the former "Project 985", or the discipline have been rated "A-" or above or ranked top 10% in the latest round of discipline assessment by the Ministry of Education;
(ii) In the past five years, the applicant has published, as the first author, 2 academic papers (at least 1 paper in the first region of Chinese Academy of Sciences), or 3 academic papers in the second region of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
3. During the contract, the post doctorate can apply for research funding with the support of the Faculty;
4. Excellent post doctorates can apply for assistant/associate professor positions after the end of the contract;
5. Research awards for publications in top journals and successful NSFC funding;
6. During the contract, the fellow’s family can settle in Shenzhen. The children can be enrolled in a school in accordance with the relevant regulations of Shenzhen.
