黄晓旭，工学博士，深圳市孔雀计划海外高层次人才（C类）。2016年博士毕业于华中科技大学力学系固体力学专业，2016-2017于新加坡国立大学土木与环境工程系从事博士后研究。目前主要从事海洋漂浮结构、波浪能采集、FRP结构、可持续设计、可靠性分析等方面的研究。任国际土木工程复合材料学会会员，SCI期刊Materials客座编辑，Applied Mathematical Modelling、Structural Safety、Engineering Structures等多个国际期刊审稿人；发表SCI论文40余篇（Journal of cleaner production, Composites Part B: Engineering, Journal of Composities for Construction, Engineering Structures, Composite Structures, Construction and Building Materials等）；主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项、国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、广东省自然科学基金面上项目2项及深圳市面上项目2项；获日内瓦国际发明展评审团特别嘉许金奖1项、中国发明协会发明创新奖二等奖1项、广东省科技进步一等奖1项。
