朱旻，1990年11月出生于江苏省淮安市，中共党员。博士阶段师从浙江大学龚晓南院士，主要研究方向为盾构隧道病害机理及治理对策。2019年12月至今在深圳大学土木与交通工程学院先后从事博士后和专职副研究员工作，现为土木与交通工程学院助理教授。近五年主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项，国家重点研发计划子课题1项，深圳市高等院校稳定支持计划项目1项和横向课题2项；以第一/通讯作者共计发表SCI论文9篇，包含中科院一/二区论...
