刘明辉，男，中共党员，博士，副教授，硕士研究生导师。1997年至2007年在中国科学技术大学完成本科、硕博连读，获博士学位，信息与通信工程专业。2007年6月开始在深圳大学土木与交通工程学院交通工程系任教至今。主要从事本科交通管理与控制、交通安全课程教学，主要的科研方向为交通数据的分析与挖掘。
