康杰，深圳大学副研究员，博士毕业于哈尔滨工业大学。长期从事重大交通基础设施、海上风电结构防灾减灾研究，方向主要涉及桥梁结构振动信号压缩感知采集与重构，海上风电结构振动谐波处理与模态分析等。参与国家重点研发、国家自然科学基金项目、广东省自然科学基金项目等4项,发表论文10余篇。
